Burnley will get relegated this season!

I said this at the start of the season and I still stand by my opinion, Burnley are getting relegated this year.

Over the years, ‘Dyche ball’, has managed to carve out results through their physical and long ball play style. Not only regularly picking up wins against the lower league teams, but also getting points off the top dogs. This of recent has become rare for Burnley.

Sean Dyche has performed very well with Burnley with what he’s had to work with. The lack of funds as they are the lowest earning EPL club means that Dyche really has to work with Championship best players. But with the rise of who were Championship teams; Wolves and Leicester, it’s going to be harder for Burnley if they don’t invest correctly or start to get points on the board.

They’re not the ‘boggy team’ they once were. Sitting in 17th, 1 win so far and poor results against other relegation candidates, I think it will be to be a long season for them.
